The Luxul 1G-MM-DX-LC is a gigabit SFP multimode fiber Mini-GBIC module for Luxul managed gigabit switches. Fiber replaces copper where the run exceeds Ethernet's 100 m limit — between buildings, across a campus, or up through a tall structure — and it is immune to the electrical interference that plagues long copper runs near motors and lighting.
