Frequently asked questions
Do I need the Advanced AI Package for the extensions?
Yes. PPE, gun detection, license plate recognition, fire and smoke detection and face recognition run on top of the Advanced AI Package, so they can be added to cameras that have it.
Can I add AI to only some cameras?
Yes. Every add-on is priced per camera, so you can put license plate recognition on the gate camera and the Advanced AI Package on the parking lot cameras only.
Does it work with the cameras I already have?
Yes. The AI runs in Silarius Cloud, so any ONVIF camera connected through the Silarius Gateway, or any Silarius X camera, can use it.
How do I order add-ons?
Camera plans with AI analytics can be ordered online on the pricing page and on camera pages. For the extensions, monitoring tools and hardware, ask for a quote and we set everything up for you.
