Silarius Cloud is month to month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

1 month notice

Cancel any time by giving us 1 month notice. Your cameras keep recording until the notice period ends.

Yearly saves 10%

Prefer to pay once a year? Yearly plans cost 10% less and run for a full year.

Your cameras stay yours

Cancel and your cameras keep working. Cameras connected through the Gateway are standard ONVIF cameras.

The policy

Monthly plans

  • Billed every month, per camera. No minimum term.
  • Cancel any time with 1 month notice. The plan runs to the end of the notice period, then stops; no further charges.
  • Change quality, retention or the number of cameras whenever you need to.

Yearly plans

  • Paid once a year, per camera, with 10% off the monthly price.
  • Non-refundable once the service has started, for the year you paid for.
  • After the year, you can cancel of course: give us 1 month notice before the renewal date and the plan will not renew.
  • You can also switch to monthly billing at renewal.

Hardware

  • Cameras, the Silarius Gateway and other hardware are one-time purchases that you own.
  • Hardware follows the Silarius return policy and the Silarius 3-year warranty, not this policy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel?

Email info@silarius.com from the email address on your account, with the cameras or sites you want to stop. We confirm the cancellation and the date the service ends.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. Monthly plans only need 1 month notice. Yearly plans are not refunded once started, but there is no extra fee.

What happens to my video when I cancel?

Recording stops at the end of the notice period. Download any clips you want to keep before then.

Can I cancel some cameras and keep others?

Yes. Plans are per camera, so you can stop the cameras you no longer need and keep the rest.
