Is there a contract?
No. Silarius Cloud has no long-term commitment: cancel any time with 1 month notice. Yearly plans save 10% and are non-refundable once the service starts; after the year you can cancel before it renews. See the no-commitment policy at silariussecurity.com/no-commitment.
How is Silarius Cloud billed?
Per camera. Each camera has its own plan, so you pay only for the cameras you connect. Plans renew automatically every month, or every year if you choose yearly billing and save 10%.
Can different cameras have different plans?
Yes. Recording quality and retention are set per camera, so a lobby camera and a loading dock camera can each have the plan that fits.
Do I need the Silarius Gateway?
Only for cameras you already own. One Gateway (a one-time purchase) connects up to 50 cameras at a site. Silarius X cameras connect straight to the cloud and need no Gateway.
Can I keep video longer than a year?
Yes. Custom plans can keep video for up to 3 years. Email us how many cameras and how long to keep video and we will set it up.
Do you install?
Yes. Silarius offers installation through our own trained installers. Ask for an installation quote and tell us about your site.
