The model number (it starts with SIL-) is on the label of the camera, NVR or switch, and on its product page.
- Find your model in the list
Search the list below for your model. Each file is posted for the exact models named next to it. Some models have a previous or alternate build, marked in the list.
- Download the file
Download the file for your model only. The same files are on the Download Center.
