Play back recordings and save a clip to USB
Find and watch recorded video on the NVR, then export a clip or files to a USB drive.
Applies to: Silarius NVRs running the NVR 5.0 interface
- Quick replay
On the live view, click a channel and click the instant playback icon to replay the last 5 minutes.
- Open Playback
Right-click on the live view and open Playback.
- Pick channel and day
Select one or more channels. Days with a coloured dot on the calendar have recordings. Double-click the day to start playing.
- Jump to a time
Click a point in the coloured bar to play from that time. Letters show the type: N normal, M motion, A alarm, M&A, I smart.
- Plug in a USB drive
Insert a USB flash drive or USB hard drive (FAT32, NTFS or exFAT) into the NVR.
- Mark the clip
Click the clip icon and drag the start and end markers on the progress bar.
- Export the clip
Click the Export Clip icon, then OK, to save the clip to the USB drive.
- Or back up whole files
Open File Management, set the search (time, channel, file type) and click Search. Select files, click Backup → New Folder, name it, then OK → OK. Click the progress icon to watch the copy.
