View your NVR from anywhere (P2P)
Turn on P2P on the NVR and add it to the BitVision app with its QR code.
Applies to: Silarius NVRs running the NVR 5.0 interface
- Connect the NVR to the internet
P2P only works when the NVR can reach the internet.
- Open the P2P page
Right-click on the live view, open System and go to Advanced → P2P (under Network).
- Turn on P2P
Tick Enable P2P, choose the Encryption, and click Apply.
- Check it is online
Click Refresh. Status should show Online. The page also shows the NVR's serial number (SN) and app download QR codes.
- Install BitVision and log in
On your phone, scan the download QR code (or search BitVision in your app store), open the app and log in.
- Scan the NVR
In the app go to Device → + → Add device → SN Add and scan the QR code on the P2P page or on the NVR label.
- Enter the login details
Enter the NVR user name and password and the verification code printed on the label, then add the device and choose a group.
- Watch live
Tap Real time, tap the device icon, choose the NVR, tap Done and pick a channel.
