What is a heatmap?

A heatmap is a color picture laid over your camera view. It shows where there was the most activity. Hot colors mean busy spots. Cool colors mean quiet spots.

You can use it to see where people spend the most time and which areas get the most traffic.

  • Color scheme: change the colors.
  • Time resolution: choose how the time is split up, so you can see busy times.
  • Compare: helps you find peak traffic times.
  • High quality: a smarter way to draw the map. It's more accurate but takes longer to show.
  • Contrast: makes the results easier to read.
